Keberlanjutan manajemen sumber daya manusia (Human Resouce Manajement Sustainability) merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi pertumbuhan dan keunggulan serta kesuksesan perusahaan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource, Social Factors, dan Employer Branding terhadap HRM Sustainability pada perusahaan di Karanganyar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuisioner melibatkan sebanyak 102 responden karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan di Karanganyar. penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh Human Resource, Social Factors, dan Employer Branding terhadap HRM Suistainability.
