Knowledge Management Pratices: Rekomendasi Framework KM pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta

Abstract


Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) merupakan salah satu strategi organisasi untuk mempertahankan budaya yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan melalui proses berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman guna meningkatkan performa serta daya saing. Proses identifikasi, dokumentasi, serta pemanfaatan kembali pengetahuan yang telah diolah memerlukan wadah seperti sistem terintegrasi agar dapat bersaing dengan mengoptimalkan peran Teknologi Informasi (TI) di bidang akademik. Sistem yang diterapkan harus mendukung proses bisnis dan tujuan institusi. Penelitian ini melakukan studi literatur mengenai penerapan knowledge management di perguruan tinggi nasional maupun internasional, serta meninjau kendala dan peluang untuk menerapkan perbaikan knowledge management di institusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi framework knowledge management berdasarkan kondisi terkini Universitas Telkom guna meningkatkan sistem pelayanan dan kinerja kerja untuk mencapai tujuan atau visi perguruan tinggi.

Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Teknologi Informasi, Perguruan Tinggi, Rekomendasi Framework, Strategi Organisasi.
