Pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Creativity terhadap Employee Green Behavior dengan dimoderasi oleh Environmental Awareness

Perubahan iklim dan degradasi lingkungan menuntut organisasi publik untuk menginternalisasi perilaku kerja yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) dan Green Creativity (GC) terhadap Employee Green Behavior (EGB) dengan memposisikan Environmental Awareness (EA) sebagai variabel moderasi pada pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Bukittinggi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, melibatkan responden dari Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) DLH Bukittinggi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GTL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EGB. Sementara itu, GC berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap EGB. EA terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EGB. Namun demikian, EA tidak berperan sebagai variabel moderasi baik pada hubungan GTL terhadap EGB maupun pada hubungan GC terhadap EGB. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Green Transformational Leadership dan environmental awareness secara langsung berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan employee green behavior, sedangkan green creativity belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti.
