Jurnal Mirai Management with ISSN :2597-4084 (media online) is published twice a year (Issue 1: January–June and Issue 2: July–December) by STIE Amkop Makassar. The journal welcomes manuscript submissions covering both theoretical and empirical aspects across broadly defined fields, including Management, Business, Education, Literature, and Economics. All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer review process after passing the initial editorial screening. This publication accepts both quantitative and qualitative studies with rigorous methodologies and analyses. The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge by providing fresh insights and significant contributions to both academic and practical fields, particularly in management science. Mirai Management Journal believes that authors retain full ownership of their work.
