Beban Kerja terhadap Burnout Dimediasi oleh Konflik Kerja–Keluarga dan Dimoderasi oleh Insentif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout pada tenaga penjualan sepeda motor di CV. XYZ Kota Padang, dengan konflik kerja–keluarga sebagai variabel mediasi dan insentif sebagai variabel moderasi. Tingginya tuntutan target penjualan, tekanan waktu, dan intensitas interaksi dengan konsumen menjadikan tenaga penjualan rentan mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap tenaga penjualan CV. XYZ. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Namun, konflik kerja–keluarga tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan burnout. Selanjutnya, insentif terbukti berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang signifikan dan bersifat memperlemah pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang sistem insentif dan pengelolaan beban kerja untuk menurunkan risiko burnout.
