Analisis Peran Inovasi Disruptif dalam Keberlanjutan Perusahaan Multinasional di Era Digital di Asia tenggara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis peran inovasi disruptif dalam mendorong keberlanjutan perusahaan multinasional (MNC) di tengah pesatnya era digital di Asia Tenggara. Dengan menggunakan metode Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) yang dipandu oleh kerangka PRISMA, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari 37 artikel akademik relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020-2025. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi disruptif memiliki peran ganda yang paradoks: ia berfungsi sebagai katalisator kuat untuk inovasi model bisnis berkelanjutan, namun juga menciptakan tantangan sosio-ekologis baru jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Keberhasilan MNC dalam menavigasi dualitas ini sangat bergantung pada pengembangan kapabilitas dinamis dan adanya kepemimpinan digital yang berorientasi keberlanjutan. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting, baik secara teoretis dengan memperluas teori inovasi disruptif ke dalam ranah ESG, maupun secara praktis dengan mendesak para manajer untuk mengadopsi strategi yang mengintegrasikan agenda inovasi dan keberlanjutan secara holistik. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa masa depan MNC yang berkelanjutan di era digital menuntut pengelolaan disrupsi yang strategis dan bertanggung jawab.
